The Journey

6-months | 12 experiential group sessions | 6 individual sessions

Over the course of 6-months and 21-hours women leaders will meet every two weeks and undergo a co-created leadership growth curriculum - gaining insights and growing innately - by actively participating in powerhouse discussions, intellectual brainstorming, inner exploration, and learning through execution.

The work combines inner exploration and outer execution, activating transformation from within, activating shifts, and enabling sustainability.

Every organization and every leader have their peculiar challenges and growth focus. Working with program sponsors* and leaders, you will as a cohort group - co-design content and modules that are relevant to you and important to achieve the desired success and outcomes.
