The Journey

4-months | 8 intensive group sessions | 8 individual sessions

Over the course of 4-months and 36-hours, women leaders will undergo a carefully crafted leadership curriculum - gaining insights and growing innately - actively participating in self-learning, powerhouse discussions and intellectual brainstorming with coach and peers, discoveries and planning through 1:1 coaching, and learning through execution.

The work is deep, enabling you to sustain your transformation.
