mindshifts.co was established in 2019 as the leadership development practice of Maxcel Group Pte. Ltd., providing coaching integrated journeys that unlock full potential to lead with greater self-alignment, influence, and impact.

We believe that no individual and organization is alike, and therefore embracing who they are at their core and incorporating the understanding of them and their unique environment, we work with leaders across levels and leadership teams, powering their holistic development for their long-term success, and driving change and impact that is meaningful, relevant, and critical for their sustainability.
