Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Our terms are crafted in a conversational style.

For better understanding - ‘we and ‘us denote mindshifts.co and Maxcel Group Pte. Ltd., and ‘you’ denotes the leader or organizational client signing the related agreements.

Our Ideology:
Our coach is fully invested in your partnership so that you can reach your highest level of potential, success, and impact. The foundation for your success is your commitment to growth, whole-hearted participation in the process, openness and receptiveness, and follow-through on co-created actions and reflections.

All our journeys and sessions require payment in full in advance so that you and your coach can solely focus on your growth and development. Installment plans, where applicable, are available on request. You may speak to your coach about them.

Before you enroll and book your first session, we encourage you to connect with your coach and understand the varied aspects of your coaching engagement with us.

Refund Policy:
We understand that sometimes investments, even for your benefit, can be impulsive and not well thought through, or you may decide to take an alternate route or work with a different coach.

We also understand that unexpected events can happen, and sometimes, even with the best intentions, one may have to delay one's priorities.

For these reasons, all our client journeys are fully refundable within five working days of registering for a journey or after the clarity call, whichever comes first. If you’d like to cancel or put your journey on hold, please write to accounts@mindshifts.co with your request for cancellation and refund.

Refunds and cancellations after five days, after confirmation, or once the coaching journey has started will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of mindshifts.co, the coaching arm of the Maxcel Group Pte. Ltd. Non-cancellable and pro-rated fees may apply.

No Show, Late Show, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

For coaching to be effective, it is essential to consistently meet with your coach, stay committed to the cadence co-designed at the start of the engagement (which can be continually co-designed), and adhere to the session start and end times.

As all investments are made in full in advance, these guidelines apply for coach session no-shows, late shows, or late reschedules/cancellations: 

No-Show:

  • Not showing up for a session without informing your coach is hard to appreciate. If unexpected circumstances prevent you from showing up for a scheduled session, you will do your best to advise your coach as soon as possible on the reasons for not showing up.

  • In case of a no-show, the session will be forfeited.

Late Show:

  • Your time is limited to your scheduled time. If you show up late for the session, there is no special provision for an extension, and your session time will end at the scheduled end time.

Late reschedule/cancellation:

  • Once you have scheduled sessions with your coach, they are considered set appointments. However, when necessary, you may reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled session starts.

  • Sessions rescheduled or canceled within the 24-hour window will be forfeited.
